The new 10W 1064nm semiconductor laser chip model is RB-1064A-350-10-2.5-SE, the luminance strip width is 350μm, the cavity length is 2.5mm, the photoelectric conversion efficiency is 46%, the service life can reach more than 10,000 hours.
