The new 3W 1550nm semiconductor laser chip models are RB-1550A-90-3-2-SE, 90 μm width, 2mm chamber length, 28% photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a service life of more than 50,000 hours. In addition, the chip also uses new epitaxial structure design and material epitaxy, leading cavity surface passivation technology, advanced non-pump window design and preparation technology and dry and wet corrosion combined with self-alignment technology, control the consistency of strip width, especially to ensure high yield under mass production, reduce the cost of laser chip.
